These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and MBO99 ("MBO99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mbo99.asia ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MBO99 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

MBO99 operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for players based in Malaysia. Our services include, but are not limited to, slot games, live casino tables, sportsbook wagering (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events), and related promotional programmes.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. We strongly recommend that Members review these Terms on each visit. Where changes are material, MBO99 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or email.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the MBO99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cashable bonus balances credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member into their Account using supported payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the MBO99 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications operated by MBO99.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied by a Member or MBO99 that prevents the Member from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on MBO99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MBO99 does not permit use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not eligible to register an Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the MBO99 Platform, or have had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

MBO99 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts, whether created under the same or different personal details, will be closed without notice, and any associated Balances may be forfeited.

When registering an Account on MBO99, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify MBO99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. MBO99 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

MBO99 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. Members will be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal requests declined and the Account suspended pending resolution.

A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting MBO99 customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, subject to any pending withdrawal requests being settled. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded via the Member's registered payment method.

MBO99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20). Supported channels are subject to change; please refer to the Cashier section of your Account for the current list.

The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though certain payment channels may impose their own transaction caps.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, subject to KYC clearance.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50 applies per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for Gold VIP Members, and within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for other tiers, subject to verification status.
• MBO99 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated in excess of wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

The default Account currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed in MYR unless otherwise indicated. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

MBO99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside that promotion. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, applicable game contributions, and maximum bet restrictions will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guideline:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.
• Sports betting wagers may contribute at a separately stated rate.
• A maximum bet limit of RM 20 per spin / round applies while bonus funds are active, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

MBO99 employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, and exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions. Where bonus abuse is identified, MBO99 reserves the right to void all associated bonus credits and winnings, suspend the Account, and take further action as warranted.

All games available on the MBO99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live casino games are facilitated by real dealers operating within regulated studio environments. Game results are final once a round is completed and displayed on screen.

• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
• MBO99 shall not be held liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary. These are displayed within each game interface prior to play.
• Sports bets placed are final once confirmed. In-play bets may be declined or voided if odds change significantly between placement and confirmation.
• MBO99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is clear evidence of match manipulation or where the integrity of the event is in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MBO99 Platform. Breach of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and appropriate reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is held in another person's name.
• Colluding with other Members to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or promotional programmes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors to generate credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, intercept, or disrupt any component of the MBO99 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MBO99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

MBO99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. MBO99 provides the following tools to help Members maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Members may configure session time reminders to track time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

MBO99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• MBO99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• MBO99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Member has not logged into their Account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (inactive account).
• The Member is identified as being located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, MBO99 may withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigations, unless mandated otherwise by applicable law or regulatory direction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBO99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses. MBO99's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MBO99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to provide scheduled maintenance notices where interruptions are planned, but we accept no liability for unplanned downtime.

All content on the MBO99 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface design, is the exclusive property of MBO99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to use MBO99's intellectual property is granted by these Terms except as strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

MBO99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the Platform or at /privacy-policy.

MBO99 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide Platform services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising between MBO99 and a Member, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.
